An obese teenager with bodyguard-like features (roughly 13-18 years of age) who shuffles around and has the same features of a bulldog.

John: LOL Mike, look at that guy running to class!
Mike: Wow, what a Bodydog.

Someone who makes friends and treats them with extreme reverence and kindness just so they can benefit from them.

1- John is Steve's bodydog.
2- John is bodydogging Steve.
