A term used to describe the feeling when you are watching a video, and then the video suddenly stops loading. Thus forcing you to wait even longer to watch the whole video.
Tom: Hey did you watch the new Battlefield 3 trailer yet?!

When you are excited and have just sent your friend a great video and awaiting their online laughter, and they have already scene it.
You: Hey check this out it's this guy dressed up as an elderly woman talking about all these crazy muffins.
Friend: Dude, I saw that two years ago.
You: Man, now I have total youtube blue balls.
