cowstopper

Someone with a protruding mandible, full of grotesquely crooked teeth. Usually the lips are not large enough to hide, e.g. resembling a cowstopper on the front of a train.

Did you see the cowstopper on that fool? I'm gonna go push him over to the train tracks.
