In Vietnam, we identified a white combat marine as a "chuck dude". An african American combat marine was called a "splib dude". Both terms were used by both races
strictly as an identifier. In the bush we were all "green".

A female who exhibits physical male traits.

I had to look twice to make sure I was looking at a girl but I settled on the fact that it is just a chick dude.

Short hair, muscular face, deep voice, pleasantly plump to cover up female apperance.

Chick or Dude 

A game initiated when one cannot discern the gender identity of a given subject. The subject, known only as "it" until gender is determined, is scrutinized by the players until they can establish gender based on mannerisms, accessories, and the subject's interactions with its surroundings.

Player 1: Hey, check this out.
*Player 2 looks where player 1 is pointing*
Player 2: Chick or Dude!
Player 1: Upon further examination, it's a chick - see, it has a purse.
