Celibiddie is used to describe an attractive girl who is either celibate or extremely prude. It is the combination of celibate (no sex) and biddie (hot chick)

Matt: "Dude that girl is smokin' hot...you think she'll get with me?"

Brett: "Goodluck bro, she's a total celibiddie"
