Teac Syndrome

Someone who despite being alive is still not quite "all there".

A victim of this disorder may stun onlookers with their ability to grasp on to reality when all evidence points to the contrary.

Wow, that guy who is driving down the road with his hazard lights on must have teac syndrome.
