Game Developers Convention

The GDC started in 1988 as a way to promote programming, design, technologies, visual arts, techniques in game industry among others. Also, the event comprises an expo, networking events, awards shows such as the Independent Games Festival and the Game Developers Choice Awards, and a variety of tutorials, lectures, among other activities.

Dude 1: Man, you're heading to see some new games at the GDC expo this year?
