Another name for one's mother. Also known as the person who removes the crust off of your sandwich.

Person 1: Hey, you wanna go to the mall??

Person 2: Have to ask my crust cutter first.

When someone cuts the crust off a poptart just to get to the fruity filling.

Boy: There is starving kids in Africa and you can't even eat

your crust.

Girl: I just can't help it...i'm a crust cutter!
