dir-hime
v. derheimed, derheiming, derheimes
1. A term used when one runs away during a soccer practice and then claims they were in the woods playing with mud. In reality, the culprit had just shit their pants with unimaginable force, thus creating the synonym 'dirty butt'. Not a common disability but one often confused with diarrhea. One that suffers from derheiming uncontrollably tends to also blast penile fluid all over young unsuspecting women's faces.

Commonly misused to interpret the actions of a semi-retarded man. The derheim is actually the pinnacle of female and male commorodary. Named after "Derheim," a hero in many eyes, after he expelled seminal fluid onto a passed out woman's face causing her eyes to stick shut as she awoke the next morning. The derheim can be performed by women to men by the same procedure or in Derheim's words, "by opening their rose and dropping fluid onto the boys face." Derheim in his second year at U. North Dakota is considered the best in his field of sexology.
