1. Meaning "yes" or "don't be so stupid".

2. In "my wife and kids", the dude's always sayin, "eeeeeeeeeeeeh... NEH!". chaw is used in the same way only as the affirmative, ie. "eeeeeeeeeeeeh... CHAW"
