Short for hit registration.
generally used in TF2's weapons(eg. Shotgun, Sniper Rifle, etc.)
used for registrating the bullet IF IT DID HIT OR NOT
also used as a excuse when the player dies from a good person

generally used when a bad player is killed in a FPS game and rages through the text chat.

P1 (bad):*dies*
P1:OH COME ON THAT WAS LAG! STOP CHEATING!
P2: "skill issue"
P2 Has left the game.
