a girl who flirts and teases a guy to get him interested and leaves him hanging.

see movie Grown Ups:
the mothers lure over a bodybuilder guy, but upon hearing his ridiculously high voice (presumably from steroid use), they just laugh him off. While storming off, he calls them "hoseteasers"
