"Raphael" is an insult used similary to "Kevin" or "Sebastian." It's rather uncommon hence it should not be used recklessly. It's a poweful insult that will obliterate everyone and everything. A Raphael is a person that behaves like an asshole and judges people that he doesn't even know. An alman you could say, but they don't necessarily have to be German. However, people often misunderstand Raphaels. They only see their dickhead behavior, but legend has it that they can be very nice.

Its use as an insult originated in the late 2010s and it was a feared verbal weapon ever since. It's typically used to describe a person that's seemingly very plain and stupid, yet behaves like an asshole who dislikes dogs for some reason. Although Raphaels can be very annoying and rude according to strangers, they are often misunderstood and only seem like dickheads to people who are not willing to read between the lines and see how kind and nice they are if you get to know them better. In fact, legend has it that they can be very intelligent and awesome friends.
