to have ones thinking severely restricted due to temporary sickness. making the persons brain imitate brain death. typically caused through common diseases like the flu and Ebola.
typically here are the symptoms:
bad dexterity
no thinking(literally no thinking)
little to none eating
spacing out
need to throw one off a bridge
crave anime
become a furry

if one finds one who is Fractureus, immediately try to choke and kill them, or try the passive one and give them a slap on the back and some advil.
