A person that drives a Honda Civic (usually) and has useless mods to make his car look fast but not go fast. The most common mods for ricers are:
Fart Cans
Big Wings
Ugly Rims that cost more than the car itself
A livery with tuning brands that aren't mods from the ricer
A big ego but when they race to a Saab 9-2x they lose
And they get salty when that 9-2x wins
