Any fucktard cop (that goes double for sherriffs and deputies) who is concerned only with making his quota. These dickheads will even go as far as pulling a bicyclist over, but are too scared to run off the bums around the corner who make a public nuisance of themselves by living, sleeping, and getting drunk on public property.
See that bacon bitch hiding behind that tree there? He pulled a friend of mine over who was biking to work the other day. Gave him a $250 ticket for running a stop sign, and there was no traffic anywhere! My friend did say the bacon bitch had a big, red wet stain running down from the crotch of his uniform.
