When a girl's Facebook status changes to "single", there is at least one friend who will comment saying "inbox now", meaning that they need to chat in private. This usually just draws more attention to the fact.

undead pendulum

The tendency for pop culture to swing back and forth between vampires and zombies; when one becomes uncool (vampires via Twilight), the other becomes cool (zombies). The pendulum swings over the course of several years.

Everything is saturated with zombies. I'm tired. Call me when the undead pendulum swings again.

Derived from the expression "get a room." When couples constantly leave romantic, mushy or suggestive messages on each other's Facebook wall for everyone else to see, someone else may tell them to "get an inbox already" and carry on in private.
