Dunkadelic Heavyweight

Is a basketball slang term used to describe a player who plays the 4 or 5 position ( Power Forward - Center )who dunks with power and force. A player with a NBA Power Forward or Center chizzled body.
Amare and Shaq are 2 of the best Dunkadelic Heavyweights in the NBA. Ben Wallace has the best Dunkadelic Heavyweight body in the league.

Dunkadelic Hi-Flyer

Is a basketball slang term for a player who has explosive leaping ability. The Two-Guard or Small Forward is generally called this term. Has a 35-40 inch vertical leap.
J.R. Smith, Andre Iguodala, and Josh Smith are 3 of the new Dunkadelic Hi-Flyers in the league today.

Dunkadelic Newjack

Is a basketball slang term given to first year players in college or pro basketball that come from the Hip-Hop urban culture. The players come on the scene with style and charisma to go along with an explosive game.
LeBron, Carmelo, and D.Wade were Dunkadelic Newjacks that came into the NBA last season and delivered. The Atlanta Hawks have a rising star in Dunkadelic Newjack Josh Smith, the 2005 NBA Slam Dunk champion.

Dunkadelic Phat 5 of College Basketball

The Phat 5 had atleast one of the programs in the Final Four for 17 consecutive years from 1962-1978. The streak was ended by Magic Johnson and Larry Bird in 1979 with their epic battle that was also the rebirth of the NBA. The new sreak is from 1988-2005, 18 consectutive years and counting. There will much anticipation in 2006 to see if the Phat 5 can extend the streak to 19 consecutive Final Fours.
The Phat 5 of College Basketball is the greatest collection of winning teams of All-Time in any sport when you look at the wins, players, champioships, and the history of the programs.

From 1974-78 a Phat 5 player won the NBA MVP award 5 consecutive years. Jabbar, 1974, 76, and 77, McAdoo, 1975, and Walton, 1978.
The Phat 5 have their NBA Phat 5 of former players who have won the MVP award. Now that's Dunkadelic!!!!!

Is a basketball term for the number of Dunks recorded by a player in a game and or season. Is not an official statistic by most leagues but is recorded by individual teams for players.
Amare Stoudemire is number 1 in the NBA on the Dunkadelic Stat-Meter averaging 3.1 dunks per game. Shaquille O'Neal is leading the NBA in the Dunkadelic Stat-Meter catagory with over 200 dunks for the season.
