Galifianakis

a Greek dessert of semolina-based custard in phyllo. It may be made in a pan, with phyllo layered on top and underneath, or rolled into individual servings. It is served or coated with a clear, sweet syrup.

Shopper: "Hi, could I please get two pieces of the Galifanakis, thanks."
Attendant: "Sorry, do you mean Galaktoboureko?"
Shopper: "Yeah, the Galifianakis, 2 pieces please."
