1. Someone who behaves in an inconsiderate manner, most typically considered with loud obnoxious Harley Davidson owners.
2. Someone who owns or frequently rides a Harley.

"I was just enjoying the beautiful 70 degree weather when a bunch of fags rolled by on their Harleys. They made so much f****** noise, the fags.
