To use facebook or other social networking sites to unearth risque photos of work colleagues. It's usually done in the early days of someone starting their job and most targets are female.

I just started a new job but I've been totally fucking clothier-ed after the guys found a shot of me giving my boyfriend a frosty on Facebook.
