Uplag is a physiological condition which results from an upgrade of an electronic device, software, or some other technology, that is very disruptive to the upgrader's personal or professional life. Similar to jet lag, symptoms include sleeplessness, fatigue, exhaustion, and general confusion. The condition of uplag may last several days until the upgrader adjusts to the new technology.
Dude's got serious uplag ever since he upgraded to a new Android phone yesterday. He missed our morning project status meeting, and I found him in the men's room, curled up in the fetal position with his Android, rocking back and forth and moaning, "Only fifteen more apps to reinstall."
