A Youngstown Tatoo occurs when you carve a girl's name into your chest, and then she takes a dump on you shortly afterwards. The doo-doo becomes the ink and is imbedded permanently in your chest in the shape of your companion's initials.

I loved Allison so much, I let her give me a Youngstown Tatoo.
