The feeling of intense pleasure at having an irritating or intense itch satisfyingly scratched - usually by someone else.

Jason went into extreme itchtasy from his girlfriend's freshly manicured nails on his dry skin.

Household (or co-heads thereof) containing an overabundance of hot females, usually a family which has only produced daughters, who are now in their prime.

They never had any sons. They're tempty nesters.
