a shot of Tequila with Champagne(1 part tequila, 2 parts champagne). The Mexican Mimosa is the blacksheep relative of the Mimosa (OJ and Champagne) Dan took advantage of the freshly popped bottle of Moet, by pouring himself a glass and then dropping a shot of Jose Cuervo into it. Steve, Scott, and Adam gagged as they smelled the ghastly concoction, while Dan happily drank his Mexican Mimosa!
