Italian, Roman slang. As in the phrase, "Li mortacci tua!" Literally, the dishonored dead. The "acci" ending brings a negative sense to just about any Italian noun.
"Li mortacci tua!" (implied bad wishes) To your lousy dead ancestors!
"all' anima de li mortacci tua!" To the souls of your lousy dead ancestors!
