Ghettorrible (adj):

1. Unacceptably ghetto
2. Terribly poor-looking
3. Terribly poor quality
4. Jury-rigged so that functionality is decidedly substandard and unacceptable
5. Combination of the words ghetto and horrible.

"Dude, my 1984 diesel Mercedes' wheel just fell off."
