It is when your anus becomes extremely itchy. The itching can get quite intense and the more you itch, the more intense it gets. Swamp ass will usually occur after moving your bowls. The itching is most noticeable at night, especially while lying in bed. There is a cure however: Go to your doctor and he will recommend some cream. It should be gone in 2-3 weeks
