Originally set up as a Republic, The Constitution FOR the United States of America defined a system of checks and balances among three legal bodies: Executive, Legislative, and Judicial. Upon signing the Reconstruction Act, Feb 21st of 1871, a consensus of Judiciary arts degree holding criminals undermined the will of the people by creating a corporation named The United States. That resulted in a dramatic change in title of the founding document. No longer was it a gift to the people, now the title reads "The Constitution OF the United States" (no America), the property of said corporation. Other words were redefined by the esquires, such as citizen to mean chattle/property of state, or even people could be defined as members of the US incorporated. As with any defeated government, the Union sent Ivy league carpetbaggers and secured plenty of scallywags to control state legislatures. Having lived N of M&D, they relied on social segregation as an easy means to power, passing legislation to divide and conquer the population by race. Slowly but surely, a system of compulsory education was put into place, and boys were taught by men what their future responsibilities would be, and how to deal with them. The politicians started using the Astrozorian ceremony of marriage, as another means to create a state sanctioned protected class.
Once men had a legal means of pacifying their 'human nature', the natural act of sex outside of marriage became a crime against society, eventually carrying punishments beyond capital murder. This was a strong motivator for men to leave the compulsory education system, as white knights will believe anything to justify their job/social position. Meanwhile, Marxism started a foothold in subverting the ethics of the Humanities. The same people in the US government who passed segregation, were the same to politically benefit from desegregation.
