A highly advanced communication network developed to allow analog, digital (AstroPuff), and encrypted (SecurePuff) communications. Generally the puffnet is used for non-emergency operations and complex practical jokes. However it is on occasion used for covert tactical operations, and in place of an otherwise crappy primary communication system. The PuffNet has never failed and consistently performs exactly as expected. Only those with the proper access codes can communicate on the PuffNet.
