Originally called 'Bream' by The Daily Mail in September of 2023, and occasionally called 'BellaWasTaken' or 'BWT' in reference to Dream's alt twitter. Drella is considered a crackship, however it does have a small following of loyal fans.

An abbreviation for 'DreamNotKarlNap', the polyamorous ship name between the Minecraft YouTubers and Twitch Streamers Dream, GeorgeNotFound, Karl Jacobs, and Sapnap. Not to be confused with DNKN, an abbreviation used by the American Coffee and Donuts Franchise Dunkin' Donuts.
