A sexual act involving two men who perform oral sex on each other while concurrently stimulating each other's anus and then proceed to defecate and ejaculate simultaneously on the other's face. Usually performed at events in front of large audiences, such a concert or poetry reading. In such a case, members of the audience will often be invited to engage in the activity.
