1) To make a people wait on you for a substantial amount of time while you leave to complete a seemingly random and menial task.

2) To be gone or away from where you are supposed to be for long amounts of time while the people who are waiting for you have no idea where you are.

Where is Kristen? I have no idea shes been stojacking us all day.

Standard Indian Time

A time schedule used by people from India that generally runs between a half hour to an hour behind the general accepted time of the area. Often this frustrates or annoys other people not on the SIT schedule. It also be abreviated as SIT.

Anurag is late again.....that man runs on Standard Indian Time.
