DeviousMUD is what the Jagex Staff was originally going to call Runescape because it was considered an MUD instead of an MMORPG (Massive Multiplayer online Roleplaying Game).

Jorge- Wanna play DeviousMUD.
Gabriel- You mean Runescape?
Jorge- Ya.
