Robert

A socially awkward boy, or a "goofy" kid. Usually stalks a particular person, and follows him or her into the bathroom. A Robert way ask you about what you are doing in an obvious situation.

Guy 1: You know that freak that followed you into the stall?
Guy 2: Yeah, he was a total Robert.
