A person who often "spazzes out" and goes nuts. Typically the spazotron's reaction occurs over a situation not meriting an out of the ordinary reaction.

Dude, Jamey was such a spazotron last night. I mean all his girlfriend did was wave to some other dude.

A man who engages in an extremely long foreplay period with his girlfriend, but before sex he flees to the closet in which he masturbates alone.
