When a guy talks to a girl non-stop until she agrees to have sex with him, just to shut him up.

Derived from the term "filibuster" which is a type of obstruction of legislation in government by talking for a very long period of time.

*At a party*

Guy 1: Have you seen Matt?

Guy 2: Yeah, he's in the back room, Filibusting a nut.
