inability to obtain sufficient noms (e.g., munchies, etc.), esp. when chronic; difficulty in maintaining or staying full.

Person 1: "Hey, do you have anything to eat?"

Person 2: "You just ate a bag of Cheetos, a roll of Oreos, a banana, and some pistachios. What the fuck is wrong with you?"

Person 1: "I have inomnia :(."
