A douchebag with swine flu, namely that goes to public places while contagious with said flu, getting people sick with no regard for anyone around him.
A sports bar offered free pizza to it's Twitter followers and some #swinedouche who just tweeted about being sick showed up. Now, everyone is sick. What a #swinedouche!
