Any woman in the Cougar age range (40 something) that is attracted to younger men, but is not actively 'hunting' them. Instead she simply admires and desires from a distance. "I find younger men yummy 'eye candy', but I don't touch, just look. I am sort of a cougar but with no claws. A cougar declawed."
