The lesser know brethren of a hard working migrant worker that poses as a reputable subcontractor, often showing impressive portfolios showcasing his skills to the "mark"(victim) . The gypsykin knows how to put a smokescreen up in the form of a language barrier that is often made to seem cute or whimsical designed to put the " mark " at ease so they will let their guard down enough that they will provide a deposit for work to be done the whole time knowing that said work will never be done then absconding with the money and on to the next victim.

A person jacked up on meth or some other type of speed that's been up for a extended period and is talking nonsense usually to themselves and usually moving like they are trying to dance but are changing their minds as to what body part to move first.

Someone so high on meth they move uncontrollably. This usually includes wildly exaggerated leg ,hip, arm and butt movement that often look like their moving to some unknown beat and looks like very much like the dance the Elaine character on Sinefeld does.
