A girl or guy who ostensibly is a bargain but whose baggage nullifies their value.

Guy 1: “Dude, did you see that chick Corey is dating? What a steal!”
Guy 2: “Na man, catcher's indifference. She’s jobless, and alcoholic and burned her last boyfriend’s wallet.”
