A "Wet Walter" is a step up from what is known as a "Wet Willy". During this act, a woman (or man) sticks their fingers in an aroused vagina to lubricate their fingers, and then when the other person least expects it, they stick those fingers in unsuspecting victim's ear.
Dude 1: "Man... I was watching some television last night, and my girlfriend came behind me and stuck her wet fingers in my ear."
Dude 2: "I appreciate her old school cool with the Wet Willy attack."
