A boss who only knows how to use a speaker phone, can't work a copier machine, and uses phrases such as ughhhh, we need to get the billing up, and I can't afford to pay you, but look at this new Mercedes I bought.

You can't get off of work because the company needs the money? Man, you must have one dumbass boss!

SENIOR SHIT 

The senior most person at a job who is stuck on only doing shit work, such as redlines and wall bracing

Nolan has been with the company for almost 6 years, is one of the best people there, but is stuck doing redlines and other shit work. He must be the Senior Shit at the office!
