A negative term for a preppy female who is very ignorant and proud. A bitty treats others as inferior beings even though they are despised by all their peers. They are usually rich, unintelligent and spoiled.
Bitty: Ew, don't talk to me. You're such a fat, slutty loner.
Girl : Haha okay, well you're just a bitty.
