To go and do something, but your not sure what until you start.

To have the urge to start something new, in a different location than where you currently are, but you won't know what it is until you stand there and think of what to do.
"I'm gonna go out to the shop and dinker-dork."

Wife: Where are you going?
Husband: I'm gonna go dinker-dork outside.

Girlfriend: Whatcha goin to do today?
Boyfriend: I'm gonna dinker-dork in the garage.
