Another way of saying that one has a dirty mind. If one takes a word, clause, sentence, or group of sentences and puts them in a sexual or sexually perverted context (usually uncalled for and unnecessarily), then one has Dirty Mind Syndrome, or DMS.
David: If my parents ever stop being loud I'll be able to get some sleep tonight.
Tonianne: What, your parents are being loud? Can I say DMS?
