A mental illness with symptoms similar to tourettes and OCD being smashed together in a single head.

A person with Pons will not be able to touch certain things, have to touch most things, and have to go around everything while screaming at a high pitch.

When i tried to shake his hand, Dustin danced away from me. His pons must be acting up.
