Xa2m

Xa2m is an acronymn that stands for "eXtreme ass 2 mouth". In traditional a2m the penis is removed from the anus following anal sex and put direclty into the reciever's mouth. Xa2m is much like a2m, but it differs in that the penis is covered with the product of a fresh bowel movement.
