A cold hearted bitch that doesn't care about people's feelings. A Joelle is someone who usually hates relationships and is only willing to have sexual relations with attractive guys. She's only caring and loving to those she fucks with but a Joelle is someone you don't want to have beef with she has absolutely no filter and will basically ruin your life so I'd recommend to not cross lines with her and you should be good.
